“The Caterpillar Project” is een project waaronder Jildou nieuwe songs released, welke zijn ontstaan uit de opdrachten die zij maakt tijdens haar studietijd aan het Prins Claus Conservatorium (Compositie- en Muziekproducties). Ze concentreert zich op haar ontwikkeling binnen de vakgebieden “songwriting” en “productie”.
“The Caterpillar Project” is a project which Jildou created to release new songs. These songs were born during assigments that she does for her education at the Prins Claus Conservatoire (Composition- and Musicproduction). She concentrates on her development in “songwriting” and “production”.
“Laat Me Los” is de tweede release via de Caterpillar Project.
Dit is het eerste nummer dat ik volledig zelf geproduceerd en uitgebracht heb. Productie is ook iets waar ik graag mee bezig ben, ik zie er naar uit om mij daar in de toekomst meer in te ontwikkelen.

This is the first song that I fully produced and released myself. Music production is also something I really love to do, I’m looking forward to developping myself more in this area.
“Minnesota Sky” is de derde release van “The Caterpillar Project”. Dit nummer schreef ik geïnspireerd door de dood van George Floyd in 2020. Het is een nummer geworden dat gaat over gelijkheid, over de eenheid waarmee de sterren aan de hemel verschijnen en hoe de wens dat wij daar naar mogen kijken en van mogen leren.
“Minnesota Sky” is the third release of “The Caterpillar Project”. This is a song I wrote inspired by the death of George Floyd in 2020. This song is about equality, about the unity of a starry sky and the wish that we may look at the sky and learn from the stars.
